Therefore, we expect our vendors to operate in accordance with Fred. Olsen Windcarrier’s values, maintain high Health, Safety and Environment standards, support The International Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour (IPEC), and support Human Rights.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in our business dealings and relationships, and we expect our vendors to do the same. We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in any form and expect our vendors to comply with and work according to the anti-corruption laws of any Home Country Governmental Authority, such as (but not limited to) the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 (FCPA) and the U.K. Bribery Act 2010.
