Our jack-up installation vessels Brave Tern and Bold Tern were specially designed to meet the highest possible standards of operation and safety in the offshore wind industry, but are flexible and adaptable to suit other offshore operations. They were designed by Gusto MSC and customised by Fred. Olsen Windcarrier to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness for clients.

Jack-up vessel Blue Tern (previously Seafox 5) was specifically designed to withstand harsh offshore conditions and is capable of operating throughout the year in water depths of up to 65 metres.

Liftboat Jill can transport WTG components of up to 5MW which is up to 80% of the installed offshore wind base.

Blue Tern – ready for your most challenging installations 

Jack-up vessel Blue Tern (previously Seafox 5) was specifically designed to withstand harsh offshore conditions. With Blue Tern, you can operate throughout the year in water depths of up to 65 metres. As one of very few vessels with a UK Safety Case approval, Blue Tern is unique in her ability to work safely and effectively across energy segments.

Jill – competitive operations and maintenance

Liftboat Jill is a competitive vessel for your operations and maintenance. Capable of transporting WTG components of up to 5MW, Jill can service up to 80% of the installed offshore wind base.
