Brave Tern, Fred. Olsen Windcarrier’s jack-up installation vessel, has successfully mobilised for the Wikinger Offshore Wind Farm installation project and load out has commenced.
Fred. Olsen Windcarrier will transport and install 70 ADWEN AD 5-135 turbines at the Wikinger Offshore Wind Farm in the German exclusive economic zone (EEZ) off the island of Rügen.
Once built, the wind farm will supply power to 350,000 households.
